Authorize to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding with the New Hampshire Judicial Branch, Concord, NH, in an amount not to exceed $960,000 as part of the Guardian Appointment Fund to provide temporary relief to address emergent guardianship needs to an unusually high number of indigent patients in need of guardian appointment before they are discharged from a hospital. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2024. 100% Federal Funds.
