Description
Authorize the Bureau of Purchase and Property, to enter into a contract amendment with GIVEX USA Corporation, Dallas, TX, (originally approved by G&C on 4/17/19, item #5C) maintaining the original contracted amount of $2,500,000 for the provision of gift card processing services. Reductions in utilization during COVID-19 has allowed ample remaining balance from the price limitation to absorb the requested amendment. All other terms and conditions and pricing structure shall remain the same.
