Authorize to enter into an agreement with Constitution State Services, LLC, Hartford, CT, for Workers’ Compensation Third Party Administration and Related Services at the cost of $3,400,000. Effective July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2027, with the option to extend up to 2 additional years with G&C approval. The fees will be billed in monthly installments and allocated to state agencies.
