Authorize to accept and expend a grant in the amount of $1,619,765 from the U.S. Department of Justice, Office of Justice Programs, Bureau of Justice Assistance, Adult Drug Court and Veterans Treatment Court Discretionary Grant program, for the purpose of expanding and enhancing NH’s Drug Court Programs. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2023. 100% Federal Funds. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on May 20, 2022. (2) Further authorize to enter into a subgrant with the Administrative Office of the Courts, Concord, NH, in an amount not to exceed $1,549,646, for the purpose of expanding and enhancing NH’s Drug Court Programs. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2025. 100% Federal Funds.
