Description
Authorize the Division of State Police to enter into a sole source contract with Northeast Scale Company, Inc. Hooksett, NH, in the amount not to exceed $157,037 for the purpose of providing preventative maintenance, certification and repair to the scale systems located at the weigh stations on Interstate 93 in Windham. Effective upon G&C approval for the period of July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2025, with the option to renew for one, two year term. 72% Highway, 28% General Funds.
