Description
Authorize the Bureau of Right-of-Way to sell a 1.89+/- acre parcel of state-owned land with improvements, located at 1556 White Mountain Highway in the Town of Madison. The sale will be to A.J. Coleman & Sons Inc. and/or assigns (Grantee) for $301,000, plus a $1,100 administrative fee. Effective upon G&C approval. (2) Further authorize to compensate Coldwell Banker Lifestyles from the proceeds of the sale in the amount of $15,050.
