Authorize to amend an existing contract with Granite United Way, Concord, NH, (originally approved by G&C on 12/16/20, item #13), to continue providing Recovery Friendly Workforce Initiative services that assist businesses with promoting employee health and wellness for by proactively preventing substance misuse and supporting recovery from substance use disorders, by exercising a contract renewal option by increasing the price limitation by $400,000 from $900,000 to $1,300,000 and extending the completion date from June 30, 2022 to June 30, 2023. Effective upon G&C approval or July 1, 2022 whichever is later. 100% Other Funds (Governor’s Commission).
