Authorize to amend existing contracts with the Contactors listed in letter dated April 20, 2022, (originally presented to G&C on 6/24/20, informational item O), to continue providing adult day program services, by increasing the total price limitation by $1,308,150 from $1,508,940 to $2,817,090 and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2022, to June 30, 2024. Effective upon G&C approval. 56% Federal, 44% General Funds.
