Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract amendment with Pike Industries, Inc., Belmont, NH, (originally approved by G&C on 6/2/21, item #38), by increasing the contract amount by $290,000, from $6,175,808.13 to $6,465,808.13, for pavement rehabilitation and preservation on 14 miles of NH Route 101 in Milford and Amherst. (2) Further authorize a contingency amount of $60,000 be approved for payment of latent conditions, which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through September 9, 2022. 100% Federal Funds.
