Authorize the Bureau of Right-of-Way to lease 50 linear feet of shoreline along Lake Winnipesaukee, adjacent to Route 11 in the Town of Alton, to Donald F. and Sharon K. Cundy (Lessee), for an annual lease amount of $1,748.50. The term of the lease will be 5 years, retroactive to August 1, 2021 through July 31, 2026.
