Description

Authorize to amend an existing memorandum of understanding with the NH Department of Corrections, Concord, NH, and the NH Judicial Branch, Concord, NH, (originally approved by G&C on 6/24/20, item #33), to assist individuals with Substance Use Disorder who are either re-entering the community after incarceration in the state correctional system or who are participating in the NH drug court program with obtaining temporary housing, by increasing the price limitation by $950,000 from $1,900,000 to $2,850,000 and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2022 to June 30, 2023. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Other Funds (Governor’s Commission on Alcohol and Other Drugs).
