Authorize to enter into a contract with ABILITY Network, Inc., Minneapolis, MN, in the amount of $251,000 for claims management services to provide electronic claims management services for NH Hospital and, upon transfer of ownership of Hampstead Hospital, for the Hampstead Hospital and Residential Treatment Facility. Effective upon G&C approval through February 28, 2025, with the option to renew for up to 6 additional years. 100% Other Funds (Inter-Agency Funds).
