Description
Authorize to amend existing agreements with the Contractors listed in letter dated April 1, 2022, (originally approved by G&C on 5/6/20, item #15), to build capacity within the communities to address mental health needs including but not limited to overcoming stigmas associated with mental health care, and creating opportunities for social engagement to reduce isolation, by increasing the total price limitation by $260,850 from $234,375 to $495,225 with no change to the contract completion dates of September 30, 2023. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds.
