Authorize the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management to retroactively extend the completion date of the sole source contract with Granite United Way, Manchester, NH (Informational Item LL, G&C 6-30-21), for continued operation of the “211 NH” public information hotline to provide COVID-19 public health information services to all citizens and visitors in NH. Effective January 1, 2022 through April 1, 2022.
