Description
Authorize the Bureau of Trails to enter into memorandum of agreements with the Off Highway Recreational Vehicle clubs and at the properties as detailed in letter dated January 11, 2022, for the purpose of developing, maintaining, and managing public OHRV trails. Effective upon G&C approval through February 15, 2027. No State Funding required.
