Authorize the Division of Parks and Recreation to enter into an amendment to an existing contract with RA Outdoors LLC d/b/a Aspira, Dallas, TX (originally approved by G&C on 10-11-17, item #25), for the NH State Parks’ Enterprise Reservation System, by increasing the price by $80,000 from $892,000 to $972,000 to purchase new credit card processing devices, and by extending the completion date from October 31, 2022 to October 31, 2024, and increasing the price by $453,000 from $972,000 to $1,142,000 for the additional two years.
