Authorize the Division of Public Works Design and Construction to enter into a contract with SMRT Inc., Portland, ME, for the NH’s Secure Psychiatric Forensic Hospital, Concord, NH, for a total price not to exceed $3,049,443. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $150,000 for unanticipated expenses, brining the total to $3,199,443. Effective upon G&C approval through completion estimated to be December 1, 2023. 100% Operating – General Funds.
