Description
Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing sub award (or grant) agreement with NH Housing Finance Authority, Bedford, NH (originally approved by G&C on 6-30-21), for program planning and administration of Homeowner Assistance Fund, under which funds will be used to mitigate financial hardships suffered by NH residents associated with COVID-19 pandemic by providing funds to prevent displacements of homeowners, by increasing the price by $1,250,000 from $3,000,000 to $4,250,000. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2025. 100% Federal Funds.
