Description
Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing sub award (or grant) agreement with NH Housing Finance Authority, Bedford, NH (originally approved by G&C on 9-15-21), to provide emergency rental assistance and housing stability services to eligible NH households that have lost income or experienced other financial hardship because of the COVID-19 pandemic by increasing the price by $5,000,000 from $40,000,000 to $45,000,000. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2025. 100% Federal Funds.
