Description
Authorize the issuance of up to $90 million of Turnpike System Revenue Bonds, 2022 Refunding Series (the “Bonds”) pursuant to RSA 237-A. The State Treasurer is permitted to proceed with the sale and issuance of these Bonds through a competitive process, negotiated sale, or private placement.
