Informational - The Bureau of Construction entered into a contract with Casella Construction of Mendon, VT, for roadway and slope stabilization on NH Rt 12 in Charlestown, on the basis of a low bid of $2,638,500.50, based on G&C approval on November 22, 2021 late item B. (2) A Contingency in the amount of $263,850.05 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project is also included. 100% Federal Funds.
