Description
Authorize the Bureau of Materials & Research to enter into a sole source agreement with the NorthEast Transportation Training and Certification Program Inc., Winchendon, MA, to participate in NETTCP’s training and certification program, for a fee not to exceed $160,000. Effective upon G&C approval through December 31, 2026, with the option to renew for an additional 2 year period. 100% Federal Funds.
