Authorize the Bureau of Rail & Transit to accept and expend Agency Income in the amount of $110,000 from the Friends of the Northern Rail Trail for the purpose of acquiring a portion of the Northern Railroad Corridor. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2023. 100% Agency Income. Continent upon Fiscal Committee approval on January 21, 2022.
