Authorize to enter into an Asset Purchase agreement with Hampstead Outlook Inc., Philips J. Kubiak, as Trustee of the Trusts Named Herein, in the amount of $13,000,000 and execute all necessary closing documents, for the purchase of a 111-bed, licensed and accredited psychiatric hospital for children and young adults, in Hampstead, NH, and acquisition of all assets, rights, and interests in the business. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds.
