Authorize the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management to retroactively enter into a grant agreement with the Town of Swanzey to complete the stabilization of a 500-foot section of road embankment on Webber Hill Rd for a total amount of $815,700. Effective November 30, 2021 through May 29, 2023. 100% Federal Funds.
