Authorize the NH State Library to make a payment to Council of State Library Agencies in the Northeast, via their fiscal agent Lyrasis, Atlanta, GA, in the amount of $21,900 for the federally-required 5-year evaluation of NHSL’s Institute of Museum & Library Services Library Services & Technology Act Program.
