Description
Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Eurovia Atlantic Coast LLC, Northfield, MA, for pavement preservation in two towns in Districts 2 and 4, on the basis of a low bid of $7,557,437.60. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $377,871.88 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through September 23, 2022. 100% Federal Funds.
