Authorize, on behalf of the Governor’s Commission on Alcohol and Other Drugs, to enter into grant agreements with the contractors as detailed in letter dated December 8, 2021, for the provision of community-based programs that are designed for youth to develop and implement youth-led and youth-powered tobacco use prevention strategies in order to prevent and reduce youth access to and use of tobacco products, in an amount not to exceed $20,000. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2022, with the option to renew for up to 2 additional years. 100% Other Funds (Drug Forfeiture Funds).
