TABLED – The Governor and Council on motion of Councilor St. Hilaire, seconded by Councilor Wieczorek, voted to table the request of the Bureau of Court Facilities to enter into a lease agreement with the Lake Sunapee Group, Newport, NH, providing 4,191 square feet of courtroom and office space for the 6th Circuit Division Courthouse, Hillsborough, NH, for an amount not to exceed $627,500. Effective March 1, 2012 through May 31, 2022. 100% Transfer Funds – transfer from AOC, Rent from Other Agencies.
