Authorize to amend a sole source contract with ACS State Healthcare LLC, Atlanta, GA (originally approved by G&C on 12-07-08, late item C), to extend the duration of the Design, Development and Implementation phase of the NH Medicaid Management Information System Project, by extending the termination date from September 30, 2016 to December 31, 2017, and increasing the price by $9,037,125 from $66,916,886 to an amount not to exceed $75,954,011.
