Authorize to amend the sub grants as detailed in letter dated June 26, 2012, in the aggregate amount of $2,590,208 which were approved at various G&C meetings, from the FFY2009 ARRA Edward Byrne Justice Assistance Grant Program which provides funding for programs to improve the functioning of the criminal justice system, by extending the end date of February 28, 2013 to June 30, 2013. No Additional Funding. 100% Federal ARRA Funds.
