Description
Authorize to award grant funds in the amount of $300,000 to the County of Sullivan, NH, to install, own and operate an advanced biomass combustion steam boiler with back pressure steam turbine/electric generator as a thermally-led cogeneration district energy system in the Sullivan county Complex. Effective upon G&C approval through December 31, 2013. 100% Renewable Energy Fund, a non-lapsing special funds continually appropriated to the Commission pursuant to RSA 362-F:10.
