Description
Authorize to enter into a sole source Real Property Marketing Agreement with Jones Lang LaSalle Americas Inc., New York, NY, to market, promote, and negotiate the Sale of the Lakes Region Facility property in Laconia, NH, in exchange for 6% of the gross proceeds from any sale, except that there shall be no commission paid in any sale to the City of Laconia or the County of Belknap. Effective upon G&C approval through May 1, 2013.
