Authorize the Special Medical Services Section to enter into an agreement with Dr. Cynthia A. Kahn, MD, Developmental Pediatrician, Londonderry, NH, to provide developmental pediatric physical services to specialty clinics for children with neuromotor disabilities and their families, in an amount not to exceed $224,778.80. Effective July 1, 2013 or upon G&C approval, whichever is later, through June 30, 2015. 30% Federal, 70% General Funds.
