Authorize to amend item #21, originally approved by G&C on 10-3-12, by reallocating funds in the amount of $2,467 from the US Department of Justice, Office on Violence Against Women for the purpose of establishing a program that will support activities to train professionals in law enforcement, prosecution, victim services, and elder services in recognizing, addressing, investigating, and prosecuting instances of elder abuse, neglect and exploitation. Effective upon GC approval through June 30, 2013. 100% Federal Funds. Fiscal Committee approved.
