Authorize to enter into a contract with Public Consulting Group Inc., Boston, MA, for consulting services for the purpose of providing technical assistance, training, planning, and additional production capacity to support plan management activities related to the NH marketplace, in the amount of $525,920. Effective upon G&C approval through December 31, 2014. Contingent upon approval of funding by both Fiscal Committee on March 10, 2014 and G&C on March 12, 2014.
