Authorize to enter into agreements, one of which is retroactive, with the vendors as detailed in letter dated April 2, 2014, to provide permanent and transitional housing program(s) to facilitate the movement of homeless individuals to permanent housing and maximum self-sufficiency through the Federal Continuum of Care program, in an amount not to exceed $759,401. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds.
