Authorize to amend a memorandum of agreement with the NH Insurance Department (originally approved by G&C on 6-9-10, item #91), defining the terms of the agreement for the NH Insurance Department to make a contribution to the costs incurred by the Department of Health and Human Services for the collaboration, quality control, and presentation of health care facility data, in an amount not to exceed $72,000.
