Authorize to enter into a sole source agreement with the City of Nashua, Division of Public Health and Community Services, Nashua, NH, to provide clinical and prevention services to detect, treat and prevent the spread of Tuberculosis, Sexually Transmitted Diseases, Human Immunodeficiency Virus, Hepatitis C, and Vaccine-Preventable Disease, in an amount not to exceed $337,200. Effective July 1, 2014 or upon G&C approval, whichever is later, through June 30, 2016. 79% Federal, 21% General Funds.
