Description

Authorize the Bureau of Bridge Design to enter into agreements with the City of Portsmouth, Portsmouth Submarine Memorial Association and Friends of the Albacore, in an amount not to exceed $97,700 to provide funding for historic mitigation associated with the permanent establishment of the Albacore Connector Road in Portsmouth. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2021. 100% Federal Funds.
