Description
Authorize for the benefit of the Department of Safety, to implement a sole source contract extension to an existing contract with MultiProcess Computer Corporation, Windham, NH (originally approved by G&C on 6-21-06, item #18B), for Financial Responsibility Imaging System software maintenance, by increasing the total by $75,000 from $567,500 to $642,500. Effective December 31, 2015 through June 30, 2017. 100% Other Funds. The Agency class 027 used by the Department of Safety to reimburse DoIT for the maintenance services is 100% Highway Funds.
