Authorize Special Medical Services to hold a conference “Children & Families Collaboration 2016” for Department staff and contractors who serve children and families with various special health care needs and complex conditions, on May 9, 2016 at the Courtyard by Marriott, Grappone Conference Center in Concord, NH, for a total conference cost not to exceed $9,990. (2)Further authorize an advance payment of $1,000 to the Courtyard by Marriott, Grappone Conference Center, Concord, NH, to secure the date and facility. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2016. 100% Federal Funds.
