Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with American Excavating Corp, Derry, NH, for widening approximately 1,000 feet of US Route 1 in Seabrook, on the basis of a low bid of $1,099,663. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $54,983.15 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through August 25, 2017. 100% Federal Funds.
