Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Weaver Bros. Construction Co., Inc., Bow, NH, for pavement preservation from North Main Street to the end of I-393 in the City of Concord and the Town of Pembroke, on the basis of a low bid of $10,649,300.08. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $532,465 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through October 13, 2017. 100% Federal Funds.
