Authorize to enter into an agreement with Mary Hitchcock Memorial Hospital, Lebanon, NH, to provide Physician Clinical and Administrative Services to meet the specialized health and related clinical and administrative needs of the residents of the State of NH, in an amount not to exceed $36,554,042. Effective November 1, 2016 or upon G&C approval, whichever is later, through June 30, 2019, with the option to renew for up to two three year periods. 40% Other, 28% Federal, 32% General Funds.
