Authorize to exercise sole source contract amendments with the vendors as detailed in letter dated August 24, 2016 (originally approved by G&C on 12-3-14, item #23; 6-19-13, item #135A; 8-14-13, item #43), for the provision of Student Assistance Programming to address underage drinking among persons aged 12 to 20, and prescription drug misuse and abuse and illicit opioid misuse and abuse among persons aged 12 to 25, in high need, high risk populations in NH, and by extending the completion date from September 30, 2016 to June 30, 2018. 75% Federal, 25% General Funds.
