Authorize the Division of Operations to amend item #16, originally approved by G&C on February 15, 2017, by increasing the amount to be transferred from Highway Surplus by $2,840,750 from $6,265,000 to $9,105,750 for additional winter maintenance. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2017. 100% Highway Funds.
