Authorize to amend an existing memorandum of understanding (originally approved by G&C on 4-6-16, item #9A), fund the work of the Governor’s Office of Substance Use Disorders and Behavioral Health, by increasing the amount by $56,700 from $184,375 to $241,075. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2017. 100% Other Funds. (2)Further authorize the Office of the Governor to accept and expend an amount of $56,700 from the Department of Health and Human Services, Bureau of Drug and Alcohol Services, Governor’s Commission on Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention, Treatment, and Recovery to fund the work of the Governor’s Office of Substance Use Disorders and Behavioral Health. Effective July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2017.
