TABLED – The Governor and Council on motion of Councilor Wheeler, seconded by Councilor Prescott, voted to table the request to enter into an agreement with Harbor Homes Inc., Nashua, NH, for the provision of Mobile Crisis Services and Supports, in an amount not to exceed $2,877,226. (2)Further authorized to provide Harbor Homes Inc., with an advance payment in an amount not to exceed $250,000 for start-up costs. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2019. 100% General Funds.
