Authorize the Bureau of Drug and Alcohol Abuse to enter into sole source agreements with the vendors as detailed in letter dated June 29, 2017, to expand the program infrastructure necessary to provide Medication Assisted Treatment services to individuals with opioid use disorders, in an amount not to exceed $2,250,000.
